HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT LAST?
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING?
Our boutique is designed for intimate groups. We can accommodate a maximum of up to 5 people including the bride.
Our appointments are 60 minutes long and you will have the boutique exclusively to yourself and your guests.
We will be here to offer support, styling advice and suggestions to ensure we can help you find your dream dress.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT?
CAN I TRY THE GOWNS IN THE BOUTIQUE?
We know that unexpected things happen!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we will happily refund/or transfer your prepaid $50 within the following parameters: cancelled with 72 hoursâ notice of appointment.
Absolutely!
However, we do ask that you wear very minimal makeup and no fake tans to avoid transferring it on the dress.
Because we sell these dresses off the rack, please do not be offended if we have to say no to you trying on gowns if we notice that you are wearing fake tan that might get on the dress, or if we have to ask you to remove your makeup.
Does the gown price include alterations?
DO YOU ONLY SELL PRE-LOVED WEDDING GOWNS?
Our prices exclude alterations.
While we do not have an in-house seamstress, we will give you our recommended alterations specialists, who have worked with many of our brides in the past.
We sell a mix of samples that have come from our Paperswan Bride boutiques, designer samples, pre-loved wedding gowns from other brides and some of our best-selling pieces from our designers.
DO I HAVE TO BE IN THE BOUTIQUE TO PURCHASE THE GOWN?

You can purchase gowns in our REVIVE boutique in Auckland or online.
Simply get in touch with us to discuss the process if you are purchasing online.
Our Paperswan Bride Auckland boutique will be transitioning to become our REVIVE boutique from July 1st, where our consignment gowns, designer samples and best-selling pieces will be located.
DO YOU HOLD THE WEDDING GOWNS?
All gowns are first come first serve and full payment must be made at time of purchase.

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.
We can also take payment over the phone and online.
