How can I sell my gown through REVIVE?

Paperswan Bride/REVIVE is a consignment programme, which means that we will sell your gown on your behalf to a new bride by showcasing it in our boutique and on our website.
Please note, we only accept gowns that are either unworn/new or have been dry cleaned.

We’ve made the process of selling your gown through us hassle-free.
Our experienced team will handle all aspects of the consignment process, from evaluating your gown to marketing.
Though our racks are full at the moment, we’d love to help find the perfect new home for your gown. Join our waitlist by emailing revive@paperswanbride.co.nz and we’ll reach out as soon as space becomes available.

Who sets the price for my wedding GOWN?

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

We will work with you to determine the appropriate selling price that reflects the gown’s condition, age and market demand.
Once a price has been agreed by both parties, we will provide you with a consignment agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the consignment.

Our team will be in touch with more information about the next steps.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOS OF MY GOWN?

Is there a fee for listing with you?

In addition to the consignment fee, there is a $75 admin fee when the gown is listed with us, which is refunded to you when the gown sells.

Yes. Having high quality photos that showcase the gown is important for us to be able to promote the gown on our website social media channels.

WHERE IS THE PAPERSWAN BRIDE/REVIVE BOUTIQUE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DRESS HAS SOLD?

Our Paperswan Bride Auckland boutique will be transitioning to become our REVIVE boutique from July 1st, where our consignment gowns, designer samples and best-selling pieces will be located.

When the gown sells, we will notify you immediately and the payment will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GOWN DOESN'T SELL WITHIN THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD?

HOW DO I GET MY GOWN TO PAPERSWAN BRIDE/REVIVE BOUTIQUE?

Our consignment period is 3 months. If your gown doesn’t sell within the consignment period, you will have the option to renew the consignment or we can return the gown to you at your cost. Alternatively, you can also collect it from our Paperswan Bride / REVIVE boutique in Auckland.
Please note, a monthly storage fee will apply if delivery or collection arrangement is not made after the gown’s listing is withdrawn.

You can get in touch with one of our Paperswan Bride boutiques in Wellington or Christchurch, or at our Paperswan Bride/Revive boutique in Auckland to book a drop off appointment.
Please note, if you drop it off in Wellington or Christchurch, the courier fee to send it to the REVIVE boutique in Auckland will be at your cost.

If you’re unable to drop the gown off in person, you can also send it to our Paperswan Bride/Revive boutique in Auckland at your cost.
